CONDITIONS AND POLICIES

Outstanding balance must be paid in full before your check-in date as follows:

• 7 days for individual booking
• 21 days for group booking

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

As we are a small resort; any cancellation, amendments and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit, cancellation and amendments policy are as follows:

1. We require a deposit equal to 50% of the reserve stay for the booking to be confirmed. Please transfer the amount to the following bank account:

2. Bookings are non-cancellable.
3. Bookings will be automatically released if proof of payment is not received within 24 hours of the booking date.
4. Deposit paid is strictly non-refundable.
5. Guests are allowed to make amendments to their bookings subject to the following terms:
   1. RM50.00 administration fees will be imposed.
   2. Maximum of two amendments are allowed.
   3. Deposits cannot be converted to full payment of the chalet.
   4. Individual bookings (not more than 2 chalets per customer)
      1. Guest are allowed to make changes 14 days prior to the booking dates.
      2. Any changes made less than 14 days will not be allowed.
      3. Outstanding balance must be fully paid 7 days prior to Check-in date.
      4. Bookings will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited if the balance of payment is not received.
   5. Group bookings (more than 3 chalets per customer)
      1. Guests are allowed to make changes 21 days prior to the booking dates.
      2. Any changes made less than 21 days will not be allowed.
      3. Outstanding balance must be fully paid 21 days prior to Check-in date.
      4. Bookings will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited if the balance of payment is not received.
6. Sekepeng Penarek has the right to cancel bookings with no refund if customer exceeds maximum capacity of the chalet.

HOTEL POLICIES AND DISCLAIMER

1. Check-in time starts from 3.00pm onwards. A security deposit of RM100 for each chalet will be collected upon check-in.
2. Check-out time is at 12.00pm. The security deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours upon check-out on satisfactory return of the chalet.
3. Subject to chalet availability, Sekepeng Penarek may accommodate late check-out after 12.00pm for additional charges as follow:-

4. Any additional guest will be charged RM50 per pax per night.
5. Guests agree as a condition of their stay at the resort, that the owner and manager of Sekepeng Penarek shall not be responsible or liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any accidents or any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction or damage to any property, whether arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of Sekepeng Penarek. Guests irrevocably and unconditionally indemnify and agree to hold harmless Sekepeng Penarek in respect of any responsibility and / or liability of such claims.
6. Sekepeng Penarek reserves the right to modify, change and amend these regulations and policy at any time without prior notice.
